The challenges and opportunities this entails as well as the aims of the 13th International Metropolis Conference will be reported on in
a Press Conference on Tuesday, 28th October, at 11:00 a.m. by

Prof. Dr. Demetrios G. Papademetriou, International Metropolis Project, Canada, President, Migration Policy Institute, Washington D.C., USA.
On Wednesday, 29th October, at 13:00, the perspectives for German integration policy will be the focal point of the Press Conference with

Peter Altmaier, Parliamentarian State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of the Interior of the Federal Republic of Germany and
Prof. Dr. Rita Süssmuth, President of the Federal Parliament, rtd., member of the Global Commission on International Migration (UN), Chairwoman of the Independent Commission on Immigration.
